SUMMARY:
The Project Laborer provides general labor and construction support for assigned projects. This position performs a variety of physical and hands-on duties to assist project supervisors, skilled trades, equipment operators, and other crew members in completing work safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
The Project Laborer may assist with site preparation, material handling, demolition, cleanup, basic construction activities, and the operation of hand and power tools. Work is primarily performed on active construction sites and may require working outdoors in varying weather conditions, around heavy equipment, and in physically demanding environments.
The Project Laborer is expected to follow all company and project safety requirements, maintain a clean and organized worksite, take direction from project leadership, and contribute to a safe and productive crew environment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is primarily performed on active construction sites, both indoors and outdoors, and may involve exposure to varying weather conditions, uneven terrain, dust, dirt, debris, noise, vibration, heavy equipment, power tools, and other construction-site hazards. Work schedules and locations may vary based on project requirements.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling. The employee must be able to safely handle construction materials, tools, and equipment and perform repetitive manual tasks throughout the workday. The position may require lifting and carrying materials of varying weights
