SUMMARY:
The Program Management Analyst collects, reviews, and analyzes information in support of assigned programs, providing procurement support, supporting program planning and milestone tracking, providing logistics support, and assisting with program cost analysis and budget tracking. This role requires three (3) years of experience collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information in support of programs, with demonstrated experience in procurement support, program planning, logistics, and program cost analysis. This position requires a DoD Secret or higher security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance; U.S. Citizenship is required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collect, review, and analyze information in support of assigned programs.
• Provide procurement support, including tracking requisitions and coordinating with vendors.
• Support program planning activities, including schedule tracking and milestone reporting.
• Provide logistics support related to program execution.
• Assist with program cost analysis and budget tracking.
• Prepare reports and documentation summarizing program status and analysis findings.
• Identify issues affecting program performance and bring them to the attention of program management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support program requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND LICENSURE:
• Three (3) years of experience in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information in support of programs. Demonstrated experience in the following areas: procurement support, program planning, logistics, and program cost analysis.
