Overview

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Provide management, administrative and technical interface with the COR and shall serve as the Contractor's Authorized Representative for technical and administrative performance of all services required hereunder.
• Be the single point of contact through which all Contractor/Government communications, work, and technical direction shall flow.
• Receive and execute, on behalf of the Contractor, all orders for work and technical direction as the CO and COR may issue within the terms and conditions of the contract.
• Provide administrative support of Contractor technical personnel required to fulfill the tasks assigned under this contract.
• Receive and execute, on behalf of the Contractor, such technical direction as the COR may provide within the terms and conditions of the contract.
• You will be the single point of contact which all communications, work, and technical direction shall flow.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining a risk register to document issues, escalations, and resolutions. The risk register shall be presented at each Project Management Review (PMR).
• Be accountable and take necessary action for all timekeeping, performance, and conduct issues of contractors assigned to DS locations.
• Maintain Recruitment, Retention, and Management Plan as needed.
• Attend Project Management Reviews (PMRs) each month to brief the government on contract performance. Present the risk register with resolution timeframes at each PMR.
• Assist in developing design and execution plans, risk management analysis and assessment, schedules, execution reports, as well as other items associated with the overall project management and business operation that align with Aviation Integration Directorate’s (AID’s) mission.
• Leverage accepted design approaches to develop, manage, execute, evaluate, and improve AID’s programs and successfully manage the technical approach, organizational resources and implement management controls employed to meet the price, performance and schedule requirements throughout the execution of this program.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:


• Must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution of higher education and possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing programs of similar type and scope, or positions with increasing levels of responsibility within a similarly scoped program.
• Knowledge of, and experience with, the US Special Operation Command Acquisition process and the regulations that govern it are highly desired.
• A working knowledge of the US Special Operations Command Acquisition, Technology and Logistics organization is highly desired.
• Experienced working programs or projects with US Special Operations Command priority units is highly desired
• Secret clearance.

 

ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS:

 

A satisfactory background screening, negative drug test, positive references and proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the United States and for TTC are required.
