ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Serve as a Senior Analyst for the Law Enforcement Programs and Initiatives Team.
• Analyze the Government provided NGCC Situations Reports to identify NGB-J34 Domestic Operations programs, initiatives, activities, and events that affect State NG capabilities to support Civilian Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) in a State or Title 32 status to include National Guard Reaction Force (NGRF)/Non-Lethal Weapons (NLW) capability administration.
• Provide analysis for threat assessments to help prevent adverse actions that target the safety and security of personnel and facilities within the Army National Guard on a world-wide scale per the PWS.
• Attend and participate in NGB-J34 Threat Working Groups for both the Law Enforcement and Mission Assurance branches per the PWS.
• Gather information, analyze and submit a Monthly Status Report using Microsoft suite products to inform military senior leaders of Trained personnel, Equipment availability and serviceability.
• Support government lead in analyzing NGRF program gaps and developing recommendations using Microsoft suite products to present to senior military leaders NGRF Gap Analysis Report shall analyze at a minimum, the following NGRF related information: Analysis of current, previous and upcoming fiscal year’s requirements; Regulatory and Policy guidance; Activities; Programs and Initiatives.
• The Contractor shall perform gap analysis of current and requested Law Enforcement support to the states requirements and provide impacts and recommendations in writing, using Microsoft Suite Products as needed. The Annually NGRF Gap Analysis shall be provided to the Government Lead on a continuous basis via email written reports, PowerPoint presentations, or excel databases as applicable.
• Upon request, the Contractor employee shall attend and participate in Division/Branch Chiefs Meetings at the TARC or via teleconference for applicable divisions to maintain situational awareness within the organization.
• Provide any additional reports, updates, summaries and analysis as prescribed in the PWS.
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND LICENSURE:
• A degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited college with four (4) years of DoD experience or 10 years or more years of experience in Army regulations, policies, procedures, and guidelines as they pertain to National Guard Law Enforcement.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The physical demands described must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of the job. The employee must be able to: see, hear, and speak; lift objects weighing up to 20 pounds; sit for extended time; and use a personal computer and typical peripheral devices.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS:
Must have a satisfactory background screening, negative drug test, positive references and proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the United States and for TTI are required.
