ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Experience shall include interpersonal oral and written communications skills and experience in industry, Federal or DoD help desk support.

• Familiarity with logistics material and approved tracking and reporting processes.
• Familiarity with Shipping and Receiving processes, asset management, and program Operating Materials and Supplies (OM&S) management.
• Familiarity with small and large mission essential procurement methods, processes and reporting. 

• Familiarity with the Navy Enterprise Resoirce Planning System (ERP) and Integrated Budget Planning and Execution System (IBPES).
• Other duties as assigned.

 

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND LICENSURE:


• A minimum of one (1) year experience in customer support working in mission support environments.
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
• Must have a DOD Secret security clearance and have or be able to obtain an SSBI.

Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

WORK AUTHORIZATION/SECURITY CLEARANCE:


DoD Secret or higher security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required.


ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS:


Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. In addition, a satisfactory background screening, negative drug test, positive references and proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the United States are required.
