ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Understand existing code, and maintain current FileMaker platform and applications to include web solutions with database connectivity and mobile solution synchronization.
• Create new, edit and maintain database relationships, layouts, designs, portals, value lists, custom reports, electronic data deliveries, email notifications, etc.
• Troubleshoot database bugs/issues; repair/update data relationships to ensure reliability, connectivity and efficiency.
• Build and test new solutions including workflows and automated tasks.
• Interface with external consultants as needed to maintain database, servers, licenses, etc.
• Create technical support documentation and user guides.
• Develop database solutions to meet new contract requirements.
• Serve as technical advisor to management and identify solutions to complex technical problems regarding FileMaker and downstream applications.
• Performing other duties as may be appropriate for the accomplishment of organizational objectives, to include:
User support/training
Contract deliverable report development
Support of quality assurances
• Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND LICENSURE:
• Minimum of five (5) years’ significant experience in database development, tailored solutions, and UI/UX design.
• Proficiency with SQL, JavaScript, JSON, HTML, custom calculations, fields and scriptwriting.
• Experience using FileMaker 2024 or newer to build custom workflows and layouts, with the capability to integrate and/or update legacy design.
• FileMaker Certification desirable.
• Ability to adapt to changes in requirements while maintaining productivity.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with all project(s) stakeholders.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to write technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and user centric application guides and presentations.
o Excellent problem-solving abilities.
o Must be highly organized.
• Ability to plan, organize and keep up with multiple projects and multiple project deadlines with minimal supervision.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Essential functions require light to moderate physical exertion in lifting and carrying items weighing from 10 to 50 pounds with occasional lifting over 50 pounds with assistance. The position requires long periods of standing, stooping, climbing and working in areas of operating equipment. Work shall be performed throughout the buildings and some outside work may be required.

A professional office in which typical office equipment and information technology is used.
WORK AUTHORIZATION/SECURITY CLEARANCE:

A satisfactory background screening, negative drug test, positive references and proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the United States are required.
