Overview

TTI is seeking a Quality Control Manager responsible to ensure contract requirements are delivered in accordance to the task order standards of quality and reliability.

 


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Establish quality procedures, standards, and specification in accordance to contract specified task and requirements.
  • Collaborate with an organization’s Procurement team to ensure products to contract body meet quality requirements.
  • Set and enforce standards for health and safety during work operations.
  • Provides training instruction to all quality department personnel, operations personnel, in support of the quality management system, as required.
  • Carry out research to identify ways to reduce waste and maximize resources.
  • Develop and implements department policies and procedures.
  • Ensure processes are in compliance with both contractual and government customer standards.
  • Conduct surveys to identify customer requirements and ensure they are being met by established quality standards.
  • Provide recommendations to company management on ways to improve on existing quality processes.
  • Collect, compile, and analyze relevant quality statistical data to obtain information regarding quality performance.
  • Monitor processes to identify deviations from quality policies.
  • Conduct tests to verify the quality of programs and documentation.
  • Approve compliant products and reject defective ones.
  • Prepare and present reports to update upper management on quality activities.
  • Maintain proper records of quality test, procedures and standards.

 

REQUIREMENTS – SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND KNOWLEDGE:

 

  • Secret security clearance or ability to obtain.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, quality assurance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in government contracting – services preferred.
  • ISO 9001:2015 trained.
  • Experience as internal auditor.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively communication in written and verbal form.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite as well as Google Workspaces.
