OVERVIEW
Tatitlek staff provide support for engineering, technical, operator and logistics services at the Surface/Aviation Interoperability Laboratory (SAIL). SAIL is a part of the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) located at Patuxent River, MD.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Applies engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, perform manufacturing or installation oversight, test, or evaluate components, software, and systems for use in commercial, industrial, or military applications. Reviews and prepares engineering and technical analysis, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation. Applies engineering experience to perform functions such as system integration, configuration management, quality assurance testing, or acquisition and resource management. Analyzes, designs, develops, implements, tests, or evaluates software, components, or systems related to engineering or functional requirements of military weapons systems, avionics and aviation systems, and associated support systems.
