Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program Management Analyst to support the National Security Innovation Network (NSIN). NSIN is an organization dedicated to fostering innovation and collaboration within the national security community. As a Program Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of various programs and projects. Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the success of NSIN's mission.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of NSIN programs and projects.
• Conduct research, gather data, and perform analysis to support program decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop program plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track program progress, identify risks, and propose mitigations to ensure timely completion of objectives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for program stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Support the development and implementation of program policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Assist in the management of program budgets, including monitoring expenses and financial reporting.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and events related to program activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date program documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project files.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to NSIN's mission.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, program management, public policy).
• Proven experience in program management, project coordination, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
• Proficient in using project management software and tools to track progress and manage program deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, presentations, and other program-related materials.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
• Knowledge of national security issues, defense innovation, or related fields is a plus.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, if required.

Essential functions may require maintaining physical condition necessary for frequently bending, stooping, sitting, walking or standing for prolonged periods of time; most of time is spent sitting in a comfortable position with the opportunity to move about. Occasionally there may be a need to move or lift moderately light items up to 35 pounds. Near visual acuity to review written documentation; ability to hear and understand speech at normal room levels and on the telephone; manual dexterity to operate a telephone and keyboard; lift horizontally and vertically.

Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse and multi-line telephone system. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS:

 

Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. In addition, a satisfactory background screening, negative drug test, positive references and proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the United States and for TTO are required. May require occasional travel.
