This supervisory position will oversee multiple task orders, including financial, contracts, acquisitions, and team members. Must have knowledge of Department of State, strong program management experience from $50 to $100M, and leadership skills. Must hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and comparable education in the relevant field—experience in growing programs and client relations. Must have and maintain a TS Security Clearance. The Program Manager will coordinate and monitor assigned programs' scheduling, pricing, and technical performance. Ensures adherence to program master plans and schedules and develops solutions to program problems. Develops and maintains a support tracking system, ensuring that all associated administrative and support requests are fielded, and advises the program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Monitors and reports the progress of all assigned programs. Ensures compliance with program contractual, cost, and schedule objectives and develops quality assurance standards and checks. Review all customer evaluations and institute corrective actions to satisfy customer concerns. Interview candidates for all associated positions; recommend appointment, promotion, or reassignment to such positions.
