Overview

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

The GFEBS Project Manager, Coordinator Lead shall perform the below tasks to include, but not limited to, the following:

 

  • The GFEBS PM Coordinator Lead must have demonstrated experience in successfully utilizing GFEBS on a Military Installation.
  • Responsible for GFEBS Data entry and reporting
  • Responsible for the following roles in GFEBS:
    • A76 Directorate of Public Works (DPW) Contractor PM Master Data Maintainer
    • A76 DPW Contractor Preventative Maintenance Controller
    • A76 DPW Contractor GR Processor
    • A76 DPW Contractor Physical Inventory Maintainer
    • A76 DPW Contractor PM Material Requirement Planning Maintainer
    • A76 DPW Contractor PM Order Approver
    • A76 DPW Contractor PM Order Maintainer
    • A76 DPW Contractor PM Reporter

 

REQUIRED SKILLS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in GFEBS experience, specifically dealing with Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE), business intelligence, and projects.
  • Must have and maintain Secret clearance required by this position.
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute or Certified Project Manager from the International Project Management Association) is desired.
  • Extensive experience managing the operation, maintenance and repair, building alterations and all other operational components of a building is desired.

 

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

 

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Demonstrated Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize business needs and issues.
  • Follow-up, follow-through, and project management skill required.
  • Extensive knowledge of federal and state safety regulations.
  • Demonstrated strong time management, planning and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to interface with all levels within an organization.
  • Must be skilled in developing positive customer relations skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Essential functions require light to moderate physical exertion in lifting and carrying items weighing from 10 to 50 pounds with occasional lifting over 50 pounds with assistance.  The position requires long periods of standing, stooping, climbing and working in areas of operating equipment.  Work shall be performed throughout the buildings and some outside work may be required.

This position is subjected to high level noises, fumes from solvents and soil from grease.

Coordinates, supervises, and/or manages support personnel.
